Does insurance cover TMS therapy?
Yes, most major insurance plans cover TMS therapy for treatment-resistant depression when certain criteria are met, such as having tried and not responded to at least two antidepressant medications. Our team will verify your TMS coverage and handle prior authorization requirements.
Does insurance cover Spravato treatment?
Spravato (esketamine) is covered by most insurance plans for treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation. Prior authorization is typically required. Our staff manages the entire authorization process on your behalf.
What is the difference between in-network and out-of-network?
In-network means we have a contract with your insurance company, resulting in lower out-of-pocket costs for you. Out-of-network means we do not have a direct contract, but many plans still provide partial reimbursement. Our team can clarify your specific benefits either way.
Will I have a copay for my appointments?
