Background
Carly Podolsky is the Director of Operations for the RECO network, including RECO Integrated Psychiatry — the network's home for psychiatric medication management, TMS, and Spravato. Her role is keeping the operational machinery aligned so that clients moving between psychiatric care and the broader continuum experience it as one coordinated team rather than a series of disconnected services.
Carly grew up in New York, came to Miami for college, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Miami before working in advertising and out-of-home media. After completing RECO's program herself, she joined the network as a BHT and was promoted into Shift Lead, Supervisor, and her current role.
Approach to Care
Integrated psychiatric care depends on coordination — across providers, modalities, and sites. Carly's work is making that coordination invisible to the client. She thinks in handoffs, schedules, and continuity loops, and she trains her team to do the same.
Her leadership style pairs operational rigor with the relational sensibility she developed as a BHT. She is deliberate about culture, hiring people who can lead with compassion, and structuring the workflow so that staff have the bandwidth to actually be present with the people they serve.
Education & Credentials
Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, University of Miami. Carly is a RECO program alumna, and that lived experience continues to shape her conviction that great psychiatric care is inseparable from great operational care — the small details that determine whether a treatment plan actually gets executed the way it was designed.
What to Expect
At RECO Integrated Psychiatry, the experience of seamless integration between psychiatric care, therapy, and recovery support isn't accidental. It is the product of operational systems Carly and her team have built and refined — the kind of work that's invisible when it's done well, and that makes a real difference to outcomes.
